C# Software Developer – Production & Logistics Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a C# Software Developer to create and maintain production and logistics solutions for a Luzern-based software company. You will work on technically complex systems that support automated plants, high-volume user environments and integrated business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and test C# applications that interact with Oracle databases.
• Handle technically complex projects with many concurrent users and performance-critical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and mentors to deliver reliable, long-term software for industrial and logistics customers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing solutions and support their deployment in production environments.

Required profile

• Strong software development experience with C#.
• Good knowledge of Oracle databases or solid database development experience.
• Technical university background; Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or a related field.
• German language skills, especially for interaction with Swiss customers or internal teams.
• Experience with MES, warehouse management, production systems, BDE/MDE, ERP integrations or industrial software is a plus.
• Familiarity with performance-critical or highly available systems is advantageous.
