Cash Administrator

About the role

The Cash Administrator will ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable and payable transactions for wholesale clients and service‑provider entities. The role supports cash application, supplier operations, and contributes to high satisfaction for both internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Post daily payments from wholesale clients for Richemont CS and other legal entities, ensuring accuracy.
• Match open items to client remittances and Credit Control instructions, flagging discrepancies.
• Reconcile debtor and bank accounts and maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support and improve cash‑application tools such as MT940, FEBAN, QR codes, Direct Debits, and Matchbox.
• Drive continuous improvement of AR processes, increasing auto‑clearings and overall cycle efficiency.
• Manage Swiss staff collection cycle, dunning, and escalation for after‑sales services.
• Monitor staff sales deliveries across CH‑FR‑UK, handling credit/debit notes for price adjustments.
• Assist in dispute resolution with Credit Control, clients, or banks.
• Provide documentation for internal control and external audits.
• Participate in team projects, knowledge sharing, and AR backup activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• More than 2 years of finance experience, preferably in payments and cash operations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and customer service.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
