CDS Business Support & Development Manager (100%)

About the role

The CDS Business Support and Development Team manages the day-to-day operational and administrative aspects of client documentation services, working closely with the Account Opening and Modification Team. The role covers daily requests, keeping internal guides up to date, implementing new forms into the CRM/CLM systems, performing LEI applications and renewals, and managing form-related master data. It is based in Zurich.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt internal work instructions for handling all Swiss Julius Baer forms, in cooperation with Legal & Compliance or the Tax Department
• Support the Client Documentation team on bank forms and their handling and processes
• Clarify questions with Legal & Compliance and other specialist departments
• Publish and adapt guidelines in the internal Team Net, or commission new or existing procedures
• Review end-to-end Client Documentation processes for efficiency, compliance and client experience
• Maintain master data for forms and support LEI (Legal Entity Identifier) applications and renewals
• Take part in clean-up exercises

Required profile

• Banking apprenticeship and/or higher education
• At least 3 years of professional experience in client documentation services
• Knowledge of banking regulatory requirements on due diligence (CDB)
• Experience in a financial institution and sound knowledge of banking practices
• English and German, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
• Proactive, solution-driven, able to handle competing priorities under pressure and work in teams
