Senior Manager GBS

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Manager GBS in Zurich. The role sits in the Advisory line of service and focuses on emerging technologies, delivering GBS solutions to senior client stakeholders and leading business development.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships to enhance market visibility and client experience.
• Identify business opportunities with new and existing clients and advise on strategic issues and global trends.
• Deliver comprehensive GBS solutions and lead business development efforts.
• Oversee project execution according to quality guidelines and methodologies.
• Contribute to practice development initiatives.
• Serve clients in sectors such as Pharma, Financial Services, Retail, Industrial Products and Public Services.
• Develop GBS strategies and roadmaps, centralising transformations around efficiency and control.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in the GBS/outsourcing industry.
• At least 10 years of relevant consulting experience, with pipeline building, project management and team leadership skills.
• Knowledge of the Swiss market and established client relationships.
• Proven track record in GBS setups and transformations, ideally in shared services such as Procurement, Supply Chain, FP&A, HR and IT.
• Ability to adapt and take ownership of tasks.

Preferred profile

• Experience in finance transformation and process optimisation.
• Familiarity with automation use cases and ERP products such as S/4HANA.
