CFO Office Internship (Finance)

About the role

Join the dynamic CFO Office at Julius Baer for a 6‑12 month internship, supporting the Group CFO on strategic and operational finance topics. This role offers the chance to contribute to high‑impact analyses and potentially transition to a full‑time position.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation of analysis and meeting material for the Group CFO, including Board and Executive Board meetings.
• Perform financial analysis of balance sheet and P&L to identify trends.
• Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements, reporting, dashboards, and process simplification.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc projects and analytical tasks, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage recurring compliance tasks such as maintaining intranet pages, budget forecast updates, and policy documentation.
• Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, and town‑hall events.

Required profile

• University student (Bachelor or Master) or recent graduate.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Proactive, independent work style with a "can‑do" attitude.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (German, French) are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Tableau software is a plus.
