Global Financial Accounting Business Analyst

About the role

Julius Baer is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead the design, customization and optimisation of core financial accounting processes across its global operations. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions and ensure seamless integration with controlling and other core modules.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between Finance Business, IT teams and stakeholders, gathering and documenting SAP finance requirements.
• Design SAP finance solutions, conduct gap analyses and support testing, defect resolution and implementation.
• Drive process improvements, standardisation and contribute to the SAP S/4HANA transformation.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or IT.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or SAP Finance Consultant, preferably in banking.
• Fluent in English and/or German with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA Finance processes.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles, record‑to‑report (R2R) processes and complex financial reporting.
• Experience with SAP Finance modules (CO, MM, SD, FICO, RE‑FX, AP, AR, ECCS).
