About the role

We are seeking a focused Chat Operator to join a fast‑paced, global team that monitors and improves AI‑assisted conversations on large‑scale online platforms. The role is fully remote and based in Switzerland, offering the chance to work with cutting‑edge AI tools while ensuring high‑quality user interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live chat conversations for extended shifts (8+ hours) to maintain smooth and appropriate interaction flow.
• Intervene when necessary to clarify tone, improve response quality, or assist companions.
• Track, evaluate, and analyze communication patterns between users and conversational agents.
• Assess AI‑generated replies, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Report technical or content‑related issues in automated responses for continuous system enhancement.
• Coordinate requests for supporting content such as images or videos aligned with user interaction needs.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.
• Methodical, disciplined approach to daily work.
• Good understanding of user behavior, basic customer psychology, and strong empathy.
• Interest in AI tools and a willingness to learn new systems quickly.
• Fast learner with a proactive, growth‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent written Russian skills and a good command of English.
