Chief Operating & Commercial Officer

About the role

We are a VC‑backed startup transforming airport mobility for passengers with reduced mobility through AI‑enabled robotic wheelchairs. As Chief Operating & Commercial Officer you will join the founding team and own the commercial growth, operational scaling, and overall company build‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute go‑to‑market strategy, driving B2B sales to airports and mobility operators.
• Build and nurture key partnerships and accounts.
• Scale complex airport operations, ensuring reliable service delivery and superior customer experience.
• Design and implement processes that sustain high volume and quality.
• Recruit, lead, and develop commercial and operations teams.
• Establish scalable structures, KPIs, and align product roadmap with market demand.
• Own financial planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and support fundraising efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in at least two areas: B2B sales / GTM, operations scaling, finance or business steering.
• Track record of building or scaling a business unit or entire company.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and taking full ownership.
• Strong bias to action and ability to work in a fast‑moving startup.
• Prior full‑time experience in a startup is essential.
