Chief Operating Officer (COO) – International Apparel & Lifestyle

About the role

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale the global operations of a fast‑growing international apparel and lifestyle brand. Based in Central Switzerland, the COO will drive operational excellence across DTC, wholesale, e‑commerce and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations, including sourcing, supplier management, manufacturing partnerships and production planning.
• Develop demand‑planning and inventory‑management strategies for multiple markets and channels.
• Optimize inventory levels to balance product availability, working‑capital efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee logistics, fulfillment and distribution to ensure scalability and operational excellence.
• Build operational KPIs, reporting frameworks and continuous‑improvement processes.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Finance and Executive teams to support growth initiatives.
• Drive operational transformation, automation and scalability projects.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, planning or inventory management.
• Background in apparel, activewear, lifestyle or DTC brands is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to build and scale operations within fast‑growing international organisations.
• Hands‑on, pragmatic leadership style with strong analytical and strategic capabilities.
• Fluent in English; German and additional languages are a plus.
