Client Account Manager – APAC (Zurich)

About the role

The Client Account Manager will support wealth‑management client advisors in delivering a seamless, high‑quality service to ultra‑high‑net‑worth and high‑net‑worth clients across the APAC region. Based in Zurich, you will act as the primary point of contact for daily banking activities, order processing and client‑related administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist client advisors with administrative, risk, legal and compliance duties.
• Manage daily business for HNW/UHNW client servicing, including stock, FX, loan and deposit orders.
• Serve as the entry point for client orders and daily banking transactions.
• Handle account maintenance such as opening/closing, suitability reviews, and ongoing KYC/due‑diligence.
• Provide troubleshooting, inquiry resolution, and support during advisors’ business trips.
• Prepare documentation and materials for client meetings.

Required profile

• Experience in financial services, preferably in a client‑facing or commercial role.
• Exceptional attention to detail, even under pressure.
• Team player who remains calm while managing competing priorities.
• Discreet, tactful and adaptable to changing demands.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
