Client Account Manager - Multi-Family Office (80%-100%)

About the role

Genesis Investment Partners, a FINMA-licensed multi-family office and asset manager based in Zurich, is looking for a highly motivated and independent Client Account Manager to support its firm in delivering tailored solutions to a sophisticated international clientele. The role is offered at 80% to 100% workload.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, direct client service on a wide range of topics
• Manage the bank account opening and maintenance process for individuals, companies and investment structures
• Prepare asset and wealth reports and maintain the wealth reporting tool
• Update and maintain the CRM system regularly
• Handle company administration tasks such as expense management, travel planning and ad-hoc responsibilities

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in international wealth management and/or family office services
• In-depth understanding of account opening and maintenance for individuals, companies and investment structures
• Strong understanding of financial markets
• Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance (or in the process of obtaining one) is advantageous
• Fluency in German and English
• Swiss work permit
