Client Accountant – Junior Position

About the role
We are looking for an English‑speaking junior accountant to join a leading global fiduciary services and trusts company in Geneva. The role offers hands‑on training in trust and corporate accounting, working closely with the CFO, senior accountants and trust officers.
Key responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day bookkeeping for a portfolio of international client structures
- Processing invoices, payments and other accounting transactions
- Maintaining accurate ledgers and supporting general accounting records
- Assisting with reconciliations and month‑end close processes
- Supporting the preparation of financial statements and reporting
- Liaising internally and, when required, with clients and external stakeholders
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in accounting, audit, fiduciary or similar finance role
- Detail‑oriented, structured and reliable working style
- Fluent in English (C1 minimum) and French (B1 minimum)
- Valid Swiss work authorisation (cross‑border commuters accepted)
Required skills
- Good Excel skills
- Familiarity with accounting systems
- Knowledge of VAT or reporting is a plus
