Client Advisor – Geneva Flagship

About the role

Universal Genève is reviving its historic watchmaking heritage and is looking for a proactive Client Advisor to lead the commercial success of its new Geneva flagship boutique. You will be responsible for attracting and serving ultra‑high‑net‑worth collectors, delivering a seamless and highly personalized buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and recruit new high‑value clients through targeted outreach and personal network.
• Close distance sales with international prospects, converting them into collectors of iconic timepieces.
• Build and maintain a robust personal client book while continuously prospecting fresh profiles.
• Design and execute a bespoke client journey that reflects the Maison’s heritage and craftsmanship.
• Provide remote service (phone, email, digital appointments) that mirrors the warmth of the boutique experience.
• Resolve service friction proactively and turn challenges into loyalty‑building opportunities.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing Universal Genève’s core values inside and outside the boutique.

Required profile

• Experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of the luxury watch market.
• Strong network of ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals and proven ability to acquire new clients.
• Exceptional communication and hospitality skills, able to tailor interactions to each client.
• Motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.
