Client Advisor – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Client Advisor to join our Ferragamo boutique in Geneva. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a handcrafted, emotionally‑rich experience that makes each client feel confident and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Transform every client interaction into a memorable, personalized moment.
• Build long‑term, authentic relationships by understanding client desires and tailoring the experience.
• Lead on the sales floor, motivating the team to meet individual and collective sales targets.
• Drive sales performance through proactive client engagement and CRM initiatives.

Required profile

• Passionate, caring, and authentic with a genuine love for luxury fashion.
• Excellent communicator who puts the client at the centre of every decision.
• Innovative thinker, eager to grow, learn and propose new ways to add value.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
