About the role

The Maison Louis Vuitton is looking for highly motivated Client Advisors in Lausanne for the high season. The role is that of a brand ambassador who welcomes and accompanies every client, ensuring they feel cherished and encouraged to be themselves. It suits people who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to be more than a sales associate.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets across all Louis Vuitton products, using expertise in women's ready-to-wear.
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships and foster loyalty through personalized engagement.
• Provide an exceptional welcome and premium shopping experience for every client.
• Offer expert assistance on all products, showing deep knowledge of women's fashion and brand heritage.
• Contribute actively to team goals and overall boutique objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all categories, with a focus on women's silhouette.
• Adhere strictly to Louis Vuitton's standards of care, conduct, policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Dedicated professional with a strong client focus and a mandatory background in the fashion field.
• Available to work weekends.
• Fluent in French and English; knowledge of other languages is a significant asset.
