Client Service Intern – Emerging Europe

About the role

Join the Emerging Europe Client Service team at Deutsche Bank in Zurich and support Relationship Managers and Investment Managers with day‑to‑day client service and account administration. This internship offers practical exposure to client servicing, account management, and the operational processes that underpin international client coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day client service and account administration activities.
• Assist with client documentation, account openings and periodic reviews.
• Monitor payments, transfers, balances and product maturities.
• Coordinate client requests with relevant internal teams.
• Support presentations, client meetings and team initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Interest in client service, banking and financial markets.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage priorities.
• Current or completed higher education in finance, banking, economics, business administration or a related field.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and follow internal policies.

Required skills

• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimise workflows while applying critical judgement.
