About the role

The Deutsche Bank Graduate Programme offers a 13‑month rotation in Zürich, giving participants exposure to wealth management products, client coverage, and the chance to work alongside relationship or investment managers.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and contribute to the design and development of private banking products.
• Support relationship and investment managers in client coverage and advisory tasks.
• Develop analytical, interpersonal and advisory skills through real client interactions.

Required profile

• University graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
• Available to start full‑time in July 2027 and have no more than 12 months of full‑time relevant work experience (excluding internships).
• Excellent communication, presentation, numerical and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with market data providers (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters).
• Experience using AI tools is a plus.
