Client Solutions DACH - Vice President

About the role

iCapital’s Client Solutions EMEA team is looking for a Vice President to drive business development across Wealth Managers in the DACH region, with a focus on Germany. Based in Zurich, you will support the company’s rapid international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Support the EMEA team in executing the business development strategy for Wealth Managers in DACH, especially Germany.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospective Wealth Manager clients and lead the onboarding process.
• Nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects, educating them on private markets and iCapital’s solutions.
• Provide market feedback on competitive landscape, investor appetite and trends to global colleagues.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Research, Product Development, Legal, Compliance, Technology, etc.) to ensure successful client outcomes.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in Asset or Wealth Management with a proven track record in client acquisition.
• Deep understanding of the German wealth market and a strong network of Wealth Managers, private banks, family offices and regional banks.
• Native German speaker with business‑level English proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent presentation and communication skills, and a collaborative, strategic mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑growing, collaborative environment.
