Clinical Development Manager – Endocrinology

About the role

Recordati is seeking a Clinical Development Manager to lead its endocrinology pipeline. Reporting to the Head of Global Clinical Development, you will act as the medical lead for multiple studies, shape clinical strategy, and ensure alignment with the company’s R&D objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as medical lead for 2‑6 endocrinology clinical development studies.
• Develop and execute an Integrated Development Plan (IDP) aligned with the Target Product Profile.
• Contribute to Clinical Trial Protocols, Investigator’s Brochures, and Clinical Study Reports.
• Support registration, market access, commercialization, and product license maintenance.
• Collaborate with Pharmacovigilance to continuously evaluate drug safety.
• Assist Business Development in assessing growth opportunities.
• Engage with regulatory authorities, key opinion leaders, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee publication and clinical communication strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry, regulatory, and Recordati quality standards.
• Supervise up to two MDs, managing performance, talent review, and succession planning.

Required profile

• Medical Doctor with at least 5 years of post‑graduate medical education.
• Specialisation or experience in Endocrinology is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of clinical development experience.
• Proven experience managing multi‑country projects or studies.
