Clinical Education Specialist

About the role

The Clinical Education Specialist creates and manages high‑quality clinical education content for Nobel Biocare, turning complex scientific and product information into clear, reusable learning assets for in‑person, digital and blended formats.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update presentations, clinical cases, videos, webinars, e‑learning modules and supporting materials, adapting content for different audiences, channels and formats.
• Ensure content accuracy, compliance and alignment with approved messaging; manage reviews, approvals, version control and file storage.
• Build learning journeys aligned with customer needs, support local adaptation while preserving core messages, and guide speakers on audience and learning outcomes.
• Support in‑person, online and hybrid educational activities, coordinating timelines, course descriptions and promotional copy.
• Use learner feedback and data to continuously improve content and track engagement and ROI.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in dentistry, medicine, life sciences, education or communications.
• Understanding of dental procedures, digital workflows and clinical evidence.
• 3–5 years experience in clinical education, medical communications or content development within dental or medical devices.
• Excellent written and spoken English and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Strong writing, editing and content‑structuring abilities.
• Proficiency in creating presentations, videos, webinars and e‑learning materials.
• Project coordination, review and version‑control skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity with learning and content platforms.
