Clinical Pharmacologist

About the role

The Clinical Pharmacologist will lead early‑phase clinical studies, contribute to regulatory documentation, and provide scientific expertise across the drug development lifecycle. The role requires independent work, proactive knowledge gathering, and collaboration within a matrix environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead phase I/IIa studies, including writing and reviewing protocols and related trial documents.
• Contribute to clinical sections of regulatory and safety documents such as Investigator's Brochure, IMPD, DSUR, and NDA.
• Review data prior to database lock and ensure compliance with SOPs, quality control procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare scientific publications, position papers, and literature reviews.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and investigators.

Required profile

• Strong scientific understanding of clinical pharmacology and drug development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work in a matrix organization.
• Highly self‑motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with WinNonlin or similar PK/PD analysis software.
• Knowledge of ICH‑GCP and other relevant clinical trial regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
