Manager, Global Labeling Product Leader

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Global Labeling Product Leader to drive the strategic development and lifecycle management of product labeling across therapeutic areas. The role is based in Switzerland (Allschwil, Bern or Zug) and works within Global Regulatory Affairs to ensure high‑quality, compliant labeling for worldwide markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation, revision, review, agreement and maintenance of primary labeling documents (CCDS, USPI, EU Product Information) and derived labeling texts.
• Provide guidance on labeling content, timelines and scientific integrity, and coordinate resolution of labeling issues that could impact product documentation.
• Contribute to global labeling strategy, monitor competitor labeling practices and support continuous improvement of the end‑to‑end labeling process.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline; advanced degree (MS, PhD, MD or PharmD) preferred.
• At least 4 years of relevant pharmaceutical experience and 3 years in Regulatory Affairs with a focus on product labeling.
• Strong understanding of drug development, worldwide regulatory guidelines and experience leading projects in a matrix environment.
