About the role
The Cluster Sales Manager will lead revenue growth for Kempinski Palace Engelberg by developing and executing sales strategies across targeted markets. This full‑time, on‑site position requires close collaboration with internal departments to deliver a seamless luxury guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the hotel’s market presence.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, prepare regular performance reports, and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and service teams to ensure consistent brand delivery.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales management, account management, and business development, preferably in hospitality.
- Strategic thinking with strong market analysis and revenue optimisation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; German or additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work on‑site in Engelberg and thrive in a fast‑paced, luxury‑focused environment.
- Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field; certifications are advantageous.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Experience in business reporting and data analysis.
