Collection Merchandising Coordinator

About the role

SportLux Swiss SA is looking for a highly organized Collection Merchandising Coordinator to support the planning, development, and execution of seasonal collections across multiple brands. The role works closely with merchandising, design, product development and production teams to align product assortments with business objectives and market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing seasonal product assortments and maintain assortment plans, line lists and product catalogs.
• Ensure product information, pricing and assortment data are accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate collection setup, maintain product master data and support category reviews.
• Track product lifecycle milestones, manage sample requests and prepare merchandising documentation.
• Support sales teams with product presentations, sell‑in materials and gather feedback from customers.
• Prepare reports on product performance, sales trends, inventory levels and monitor merchandising KPIs.
• Maintain merchandising calendars, trackers and planning tools, and assist the Product Director with ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fashion Management, Business or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in merchandising, buying, product development, planning or a similar role within fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories or luxury goods.
