About the role

This senior leadership position is based in Switzerland and oversees the commercial strategy for a specialised medical‑devices and regulatory‑services business unit across the EMEA region. The role blends strategic direction with hands‑on execution to drive revenue growth, market expansion and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the commercial strategy for the medical‑devices regulatory services business in EMEA, aligning with growth and profitability targets.
• Lead revenue generation, market expansion and sales performance through planning, execution and performance monitoring.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, regulators, industry stakeholders and strategic partners.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and commercial initiatives to support long‑term growth.
• Coach, develop and succession‑plan high‑performing regional commercial teams.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting and business planning while ensuring robust KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with global and regional functions to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Champion operational excellence through process optimisation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development or commercial leadership, preferably within medical devices, regulatory services or quality‑assurance environments.
• Proven record of driving revenue growth and meeting commercial targets.
• Strong leadership experience managing international, high‑performing teams.
• Deep commercial acumen with strategic, customer‑centric thinking.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and business planning in multi‑market settings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and senior‑executive stakeholder management skills.
