About the role

The Bar 37 team at The Woodward is looking for a motivated Bar Commis to support the bar operations and help deliver an elegant, personalized experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the bar workstations and service areas.
• Prepare cocktails and drinks following the hotel’s recipes and standards.
• Keep bar equipment, furniture and glassware clean, organized and in good condition.
• Manage bar stock, replenish supplies and assist with inventory counts.
• Clear, clean and reset the bar area after service.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and procedural regulations.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of the bar menu.
• Provide courteous, discreet and attentive service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Hospitality or restaurant management diploma, preferably with experience in a 5‑star or palace bar.
• Passion for the bar world and a desire to develop mixology skills.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
