Commission-Based Sales Freelancer (EMEA) – Corporate Wellness

About the role

Culture Vitale, a Paris-based startup building a new category of corporate experiences called Sessions of Vitality, is looking for an experienced commission-based B2B sales freelancer to grow corporate relationships regionally across Europe. The role focuses on driving new partnerships, securing bookings and building repeat business with HR, L&D, leadership and client teams. It suits someone who wants full flexibility and independence, with the possibility of a future retainer, salaried role or partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage corporate decision-makers (CXOs, HR, L&D, leadership, department heads, office managers, sales and client teams)
• Introduce and sell the Sessions of Vitality
• Convert conversations into confirmed bookings
• Nurture repeat business and long-term client relationships
• Act as the trusted first touchpoint and commercial lead in your market

Required profile

• Strong B2B sales or partnerships background in large organisations
• Experience with corporate services, HR/L&D, key accounts, events, hospitality or wellness
• Comfortable with commission-only, relationship-led selling
• Professional, persuasive and confident presenting to corporate stakeholders
• Fluent English; other EU languages are a bonus (French or German especially)
• Based locally in Europe with European citizenship or full rights to work independently
