Communication Manager

About the role

Join Takeda as the Communication Manager for our state‑of‑the‑art biotechnological manufacturing site in Neuchatel. Reporting to Global Communications, you will shape internal and external messaging, support change initiatives and act as a spokesperson for the site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce written and visual communications for internal and external audiences.
• Manage large‑scale projects or processes with limited oversight.
• Coach, review and delegate work to junior communication professionals.
• Execute change‑management and process‑improvement strategies.
• Lead media‑relations initiatives and handle complex media interactions.
• Represent the organization in contractual or project matters.
• Participate in training and mentoring of junior staff.
• Collaborate on site‑wide corporate communication initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within an industrial regulated environment.
• Proven ability to navigate matrix organisations from corporate to site level.
• Strong strategic advisor with experience in employee engagement and internal communication.
• Advanced writing, editing and presentation skills.
• Fluency in French and English; German at B2 level minimum.
