PR & Communications Manager

About the role

Gisada, a fast‑growing Swiss luxury fragrance brand, is seeking a PR & Communications Manager to shape its global image. You will be responsible for driving media visibility, crafting compelling brand stories, and coordinating strategic communications across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global PR and communications strategy aligned with brand objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with international media, journalists, and industry partners.
• Write and manage press releases, media kits, brand stories, interview briefs and other PR assets.
• Lead communication activities for product launches, campaigns, partnerships and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate external PR agencies in multiple markets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Identify and secure media opportunities to boost brand visibility.
• Support influencer, ambassador and celebrity communication programmes.
• Monitor coverage, analyse performance and deliver actionable insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in PR, communications or brand communications.
• Background in luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion or premium consumer brands is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in media relations and successful PR campaigns.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities.
• Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning.
• Established media network and experience working with agencies.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple projects.
• Fluent English; German is a strong advantage, other languages a plus.
