Communications Manager

About the role

The Communications Manager will lead external communications strategy, planning and execution for a diagnostics organization. Working closely with Business Partner and Communications teams, you will craft narratives and campaigns that engage stakeholders across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated communications strategies, narratives and campaigns.
• Align communications goals with overall business priorities and support high‑impact employee and change communications.
• Support the creation of tools and strategies to inspire a diverse workforce and equip leaders.
• Plan end‑to‑end integrated communications, including measurement against objectives.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the Diagnostics Customer Service organization and apply insights to diagnose complex topics.
• Stay current on industry trends and new ways of working that affect strategic communication.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
• 5+ years of communications experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or diagnostics industry.
• Proven ability to lead indirectly and manage global communications strategies.
• Strong consulting, influencing and negotiation skills with a track record of building sustainable relationships.
• Self‑motivated, thriving in a non‑hierarchical, matrix environment.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
