Senior Associate – Proposal Manager for Assurance

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to lead proposal and pursuit processes for Audit and Assurance engagements. The role blends communication, sales, audit, and design to create compelling client stories in both German and English.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end proposal development, from planning to final delivery, ensuring quality and consistency across stakeholders.
• Craft client‑focused content such as written proposals, presentation decks, and video scripts.
• Collaborate with audit teams, subject‑matter experts, sales coaches, transformation specialists and designers to translate complex offerings into clear value propositions.
• Leverage AI tools and digital solutions (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to increase efficiency and enhance the client experience.
• Research clients, industries and market trends to tailor proposals and differentiate PwC.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in proposal, bid or proposal writing, preferably in a services environment.
• Full professional proficiency in German and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project‑management capabilities, able to prioritize multiple deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Client‑centric mindset with high attention to detail and quality orientation.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Proficiency with AI‑enabled digital tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.
