Compliance Analyst – KYC/KYB Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our dedicated compliance team, focusing exclusively on identity verification for individual users (KYC) and corporate clients (KYB). The role involves ensuring that all documentation meets regulatory standards and supports our anti‑money‑laundering efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate identity documents for individuals (KYC).
• Review and validate corporate documentation, ownership structures, and ultimate beneficial owners (KYB).
• Identify inconsistencies, red flags, and potential fraud or reputational risk.
• Escalate doubtful cases according to internal compliance procedures.
• Maintain records and evidence of each verification in line with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the Compliance/AML team to continuously improve verification processes.

Required profile

• 1–2 years minimum experience in compliance, KYC/KYB, AML or related fields.
• Background in law, finance, business administration, criminology or similar disciplines; AML certifications (e.g., CAMS) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of working in a regulated environment, including confidentiality, traceability and strict adherence to regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical judgment and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Professional fluency in English; additional languages such as French or German are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office productivity tools.
• Experience using document verification platforms.
