About the role

Universal Genève is relaunching its iconic watchmaking Maison and seeks a Conciergerie Ambassador to be the first voice and impression for its clients. Based in Meyrin, you will manage all client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring each interaction reflects the brand’s precision and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client questions on products, availability, orders, and after‑sales support.
• Provide accurate, structured information about the Maison’s collections and services.
• Coordinate client requests across boutiques, headquarters, and relevant departments, maintaining end‑to‑end continuity.
• Facilitate pre‑orders, purchases, home deliveries, and boutique collections, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Document interactions clearly to avoid fragmentation and guarantee consistent follow‑up.

Required profile

• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and adapt responses accordingly.
• Professional demeanor that reflects luxury‑brand standards.
