About the role

Join a human-sized fiduciary firm in Fribourg as a Fiduciary Advisor. You will support a diverse portfolio of local and international companies, handling accounting, reporting, payroll and general administration. The role offers immediate responsibility and the chance to grow within a collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, monitor and manage fiduciary mandates for companies of all sizes, from bookkeeping to year‑end reporting.
• Prepare financial statements, tax filings (corporate and personal), VAT reconciliations and cash‑flow management.
• Collaborate with tax, audit and legal experts on interdisciplinary projects.
• Participate in ad‑hoc assignments such as business valuations, consolidations and financial planning.
• Contribute to branch development, client retention and the organisation of seminars and events.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar fiduciary or accounting role.
• Intention to start a specialist accounting certification or similar training.
• Strong client orientation and a proactive, autonomous work style.
• Positive attitude, good relational skills and ability to work in a team.
• Minimum B2 level in English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of accounting software, preferably Abacus.
