Consolidation & Reporting Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Consolidation & Reporting Manager to lead the group consolidation process for an international company based at Geneva Airport. The role ensures accurate financial reporting in line with IFRS, Swiss GAAP and local statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation and prepare consolidated financial statements.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations, eliminations and multi‑currency reconciliations.
• Coordinate month‑end and year‑end closings, balance‑sheet reviews and support audits.
• Oversee statutory reporting, treasury‑related cash‑flow reporting and foreign‑exchange exposure analysis.
• Drive continuous improvements in consolidation processes and financial systems.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Audit.
• 7‑10 years of experience in group consolidation, financial reporting or audit within an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and exposure to Swiss GAAP.
• Fluent in English; French is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with consolidation tools such as Magnitude or Hyperion.
• Experience handling multi‑entity and multi‑currency environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
