Construction Manager – Architectural (CSA)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong architectural background to lead complex investment projects in Visp, Switzerland. The role combines hands‑on construction execution with strategic oversight, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule excellence in a highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction activities during installation and execution phases.
• Coordinate EHS activities across the site and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Align contractors, review work methodologies, and maintain effective construction governance.
• Monitor project delivery against scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Support procurement and embed construction safety requirements into execution.
• Organise inspections, oversee close‑out activities, and manage defect resolution.
• Deliver small to medium‑sized investment and maintenance projects as a CSA subject‑matter expert.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of CSA standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in CSA engineering and construction/project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast‑paced projects.
• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B1+).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
