Consultant – Business Consulting (Managed Services)

About the role

EY’s Business Consulting team in Switzerland is expanding its Managed Services footprint. As a Consultant or Senior Consultant you will help design and deliver scalable, technology‑enabled services across wealth and asset management, business continuity, and insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design of managed services that adapt to client needs in scope, scale, and speed.
• Co‑create outcome‑focused propositions with clients, leveraging EY solutions and financial modelling to shift fixed to variable cost.
• Apply EY methods, accelerators and governance standards to deliver Build‑Operate‑Transfer, As‑a‑Service, captive transitions and offshore build‑outs.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting or financial services with a strong academic record.
• Client engagement skills demonstrated with CFOs, CIOs and COOs on financial flexibility, technology choices and operating efficiency.
• Fluency in English and German; Swiss German or additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Service design expertise to translate complex requirements into scalable managed‑service models.
• Experience structuring financial models and pricing innovations that convert fixed costs to variable costs.
