Consultant ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance

About the role

Join Accenture’s growing ServiceNow practice and support a major transformation program for a leading Swiss financial institution. As a Consultant focused on ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance, you will work at the intersection of business, technology and regulatory requirements, delivering innovative risk and compliance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and facilitate workshops with risk, compliance and business stakeholders to capture requirements and design sustainable solutions.
• Translate regulatory and business needs into scalable ServiceNow IRM and GRC capabilities, covering areas such as IRM, TPRM, BCM, Policy & Compliance Management, Audit Management and Issue Management.
• Conduct fit‑gap analyses, define target operating models and guide solution design, testing, deployment, hyper‑care and change activities.
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, platform specialists and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology‑related field and several years of experience implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions.
• Hands‑on expertise in at least one of the following: Integrated Risk Management, Third‑Party Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Policy & Compliance Management, Audit Management, ServiceNow SecOps or Vulnerability Response.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and business analysis skills.
• Experience in regulated industries, preferably banking or financial services; consulting experience is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English and willing to work onsite in Switzerland.
