About the role

Join AXA's dedicated health‑insurance agency in Sion as a Health Insurance Consultant. You will provide personalized advice to over 200,000 clients, helping them optimise their coverage and discover savings opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored advice on health‑insurance and complementary products.
• Identify potential savings in basic health coverage and monitor client portfolios.
• Share specialised health‑insurance knowledge with colleagues.
• Acquire new clients, expand external networks and cross‑sell AXA non‑life products.

Required profile

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) and prior experience in health‑insurance, preferably with AFAT qualification.
• Residence within the agency’s activity zone and a strong local network.
• Service‑oriented personality with strong communication skills in French and English.
• Autonomous, goal‑driven work style and comfort with standard IT tools.
