Consumer Loan Advisor (Multilingual)

About the role

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dynamic, customer‑oriented professional who can provide personalized support throughout all stages of the customer relationship. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact, offering expert advice and developing solutions tailored to client needs. An excellent command of Italian, German/Swiss German, French and English (minimum C1 level) is required.

Key responsibilities

• Simulate and assess consumer financing proposals.
• Provide advice using targeted communication techniques focused on presenting and selling financing solutions.
• Offer post‑sales support and advice regarding potential counteroffers.
• Drive cross‑selling and upselling activities.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Carry out debt collection activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience presenting and selling consumer credit plans in Italian, German/Swiss German, French and English (minimum C1 level).
• Resident in Ticino or willing to relocate.
