About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Credit & Client Advisor to join our team in Lugano. The role blends direct client interaction with financial analysis, helping customers find suitable solutions while assessing their credit risk and financial capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions via phone and email.
• Listen actively to client needs and support the identification of appropriate solutions.
• Analyse financial documentation such as salary slips and statements.
• Conduct preliminary assessments of credit risk and financial capacity.
• Collaborate with the team on case processing and monitoring.
• Maintain and update data in internal systems.

Required profile

• Excellent knowledge of at least three languages (Italian, German C1, French, English).
• Commercial training or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Interest and ability to analyse financial data.
• Analytical mindset with accuracy in risk assessment.
• Team spirit, reliability and sense of responsibility.
• Good IT skills, especially with spreadsheets.
• Resident in Ticino or willing to relocate.
• Young, curious individual with a strong willingness to learn.
• Professional, customer‑oriented approach and ability to work in an organised manner.
