Contract Lawyer – Commercial Contracts Attorney (Project‑Based)

About the role
This position offers experienced commercial contracts lawyers the chance to work on a project‑by‑project basis for an AI‑driven law firm serving leading technology companies. You will independently review, draft, negotiate and redline a variety of commercial agreements while providing risk‑focused legal advice.
Key responsibilities
- Select and accept legal projects through the client portal, adhering to a 24‑hour turnaround expectation.
- Review, draft, negotiate and redline SaaS agreements, vendor and supplier contracts, NDAs, data processing agreements, and general commercial terms.
- Provide concise legal risk assessments and recommendations to technology clients.
- Deliver fixed‑fee deliverables for each assigned project.
Required profile
- Licensed to practice law in Switzerland and in good standing with the relevant cantonal bar association.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial contracts, preferably from a top‑tier law firm or in‑house counsel role at a technology company.
- Demonstrated expertise in SaaS and technology agreements.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple project‑based assignments.
