Contract Review Lawyer / eDiscovery Reviewer

About the role

We are seeking experienced Contract Review Lawyers and eDiscovery Reviewers to join a high‑profile legal and regulatory investigations team in Zurich. The role supports complex investigations, litigation and regulatory matters for a leading global financial institution, working closely with Legal, Compliance, Technology and data stewards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute eDiscovery collection and preservation requests in line with established procedures.
• Review, manage and deliver data for litigation, investigations and regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Technology teams and data stewards to fulfil requests.
• Ensure data is delivered accurately, on time and according to quality‑assurance standards.
• Support legal hold, preservation and information‑governance activities as required.
• Contribute ideas and best practices to improve service delivery, efficiency and quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in eDiscovery, document review, litigation support or legal technology.
• Background in financial services or another highly regulated industry is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with legal and business stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Microsoft Purview or Nuix.
• Knowledge of eDiscovery collections, preservation, legal hold and review workflows.
