Copywriter – Remote (Switzerland)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and versatile copywriter to shape brand communication across multiple channels and audiences. Working remotely from Switzerland, you will support both internal and external communications, strengthening employer branding, audience engagement, and content strategy in a fast‑growing digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging internal content such as announcements, newsletters, and employee‑focused materials.
• Write and edit external assets including articles, press releases, social media posts, speaker briefs, and employer‑branding copy.
• Develop copy for career pages, job descriptions, and culture‑related materials to attract talent.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design communication strategies, creative concepts, and branding campaigns.
• Produce slogans, naming concepts, and brand messaging in English and Ukrainian.
• Write scripts and storytelling content for video projects.
• Adapt, localise, edit, and translate content for different audiences and channels.
• Monitor industry trends and conduct research to inform content creation.

Required profile

• Professional‑level English proficiency (C1 or higher).
• Proven experience in copywriting, content creation, or related communication roles.
• Strong creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Analytical mindset with research skills.
• Interest in affiliate marketing, digital industries, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Portfolio demonstrating diverse writing styles is preferred.
