Content Creation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Content Creation Specialist to join our remote‑first team in Switzerland. The role focuses on producing engaging visual and short‑form video assets for social‑media platforms, helping to boost brand visibility and community interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Create visually compelling social‑media assets that follow brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Produce, edit, and optimise short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, community and creative teams to ensure consistent storytelling across campaigns.
• Leverage AI‑powered creative tools to streamline production workflows and maintain high visual quality.
• Develop reusable templates, motion graphics and lightweight animations for marketing activities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social‑media trends, platform best practices and audience behaviour.
• Support community initiatives by delivering assets for contests, updates and promotions while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Marketing Artist, Social Media Designer, Creative Content Artist or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in English (minimum C1) and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects.
