Corporate Compliance Intern – 12‑Month Programme

About the role

Join Sika's Corporate Compliance team at its global headquarters in Baar for a 12‑month internship. You will support projects that strengthen integrity, ethical conduct, and a speak‑up culture across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Support international compliance projects and collaborate with colleagues across functions, countries, and cultures.
• Help develop global initiatives, practical tools, guidance materials, and audit checklists.
• Contribute to compliance training, awareness initiatives, and communication activities for employees worldwide.
• Research new regulations and emerging compliance topics, turning findings into concise briefings or recommendations.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management and coordinate project activities from planning to implementation.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Compliance, Law, Regulatory Affairs, Business Ethics, Governance, or a related field.
• Strong integrity, sound judgment, and a reliable, responsible working style.
• Curious, eager to learn, with strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
• Well‑organized, proactive, able to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; German and additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
