Corporate Controller – Finance & Controlling

About the role

The Corporate Controller will lead financial management and controlling activities, focusing on revenue performance, operating cost efficiency, and financial transparency. You will support strategic decisions, ensure high‑quality reporting, and drive the digitalisation of finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive OPEX monitoring, analysis and optimisation across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain cost control frameworks and the cost‑accounting system, including allocation key updates.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, produce detailed forecasts, and monitor budget‑vs‑actual performance.
• Prepare periodic management reports, KPI dashboards and shareholder reporting packages; conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis.
• Validate sales provisions, analyse project profitability, and supervise client billing.
• Contribute to finance digital transformation, automate processes and build Power BI dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 5+ years of controlling experience, preferably in infrastructure, technology or data‑center environments.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and revenue management.
• Fluency in English and German.

Required skills

• Power BI (or comparable business‑intelligence tool).
