Corporate Controller – Finance & Controlling

About the role

The Corporate Controller will lead financial management and controlling activities, focusing on revenue performance, operating cost efficiency, and financial transparency. This position supports strategic decisions, ensures high‑quality reporting, and drives the digitalisation of finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive OPEX monitoring, analysis and optimisation across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain cost‑control frameworks, allocation keys and the cost accounting system.
• Lead the annual budgeting process with emphasis on client revenue streams and profitability.
• Prepare detailed financial forecasts, monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide actionable insights.
• Produce periodic management reports, KPI dashboards and shareholder reporting packages.
• Validate sales provisions, analyse project profitability and supervise client billing.
• Contribute to finance digital transformation, automate processes and build Power BI dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 5+ years of controlling experience, preferably in infrastructure, technology or data‑center environments.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and revenue management.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Valid Swiss work permit and residence in Switzerland.

Required skills

• Power BI (or comparable business intelligence tools).
