Corporate Travel Trainer

About the role

Blockskye is seeking a Corporate Travel Trainer to design and deliver training programs for its Travel Team. You will ensure frontline travel professionals are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional service using the company’s blockchain‑powered travel solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective training curricula.
• Develop e‑learning modules and virtual instructor‑led sessions for new hires, cross‑training, and continuous development.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions and measure their effectiveness.
• Maintain and update training content, incorporating new processes and technical releases.
• Provide feedback to business leaders on training outcomes and areas for improvement.
• Support operational tasks such as queue work and agent help‑desk support when not delivering training.

Required profile

• 5+ years of corporate travel and customer service experience.
• Proficiency in all aspects of the Amadeus GDS.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, online learning technologies, and multimedia.
• Proven ability to translate complex business processes into clear learning content.
• Prior experience delivering training within the travel industry.
• Excellent presentation and virtual facilitation skills.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Passionate about coaching, customer service, and travel.
• Flexibility to support a diverse remote team’s working hours.
