Country Manager Hungary – Commercial and Market Leadership

About the role

We are seeking a Country Manager for Hungary to lead the commercial and market development of our modular lightweight industrial building solutions. The role combines full P&L responsibility with the opportunity to shape the local go‑to‑market model while collaborating closely with our German headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Hungarian market P&L, driving revenue growth, pipeline health and profitability.
• Define and execute a 3‑year growth plan to expand the rental fleet and increase market share.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, across industrial, logistics, manufacturing and construction sectors.
• Build and manage a local commercial team, set performance targets and coach staff.
• Align marketing, operations and finance functions to ensure a consistent customer journey.
• Maintain a data‑driven sales engine, provide accurate forecasts and report to the Group Executive Team.

Required profile

• 8+ years of sales‑driven, project‑oriented B2B experience.
• Minimum 4 years of people‑leadership experience.
• Proven track record of scaling markets or growing project‑based businesses.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into priorities.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel within the region and to Germany.
